What we've filmed at and around the projects opening next.
An Expression of Interest puts you on the early list for a project before it launches publicly. It is not a booking and it does not lock a price. Karnataka RERA bars advertising a price, size or possession date before a project is registered, so these pages carry project details and a register-interest form only.
Developers open a pre-launch project to a short list before it goes public. Being on that list is what gets you a real choice of floor, tower and facing.
You get to arrange finances, compare the project against alternatives and do your own checks before the launch-week rush.
No unit is held for you, and no allotment exists until there is a registered project, a written price and an allotment in your name.
Nobody can commit to a launch price before the developer publishes one. Any figure quoted at this stage is an expectation, not a rate.
Registering interest here obliges you to nothing. You commit when you sign and pay — not before.
Under RERA, a project cannot be advertised, marketed or booked until it is registered with the Karnataka authority. That covers prices, unit sizes and possession dates — in a brochure, on a website, or in a WhatsApp forward.
Plenty of marketing ignores this. We don't: until a project we're listing is registered, you'll see what the project is, where it is and who's building it, and a form to register interest. The day registration and the developer's confirmed figures arrive, the page gets them.
Name and phone against a specific project, so we know what to call you about rather than adding you to a general list.
RERA registration, floor plans, specifications and the price list — each one when it's actually confirmed, not when it's rumoured.
When the developer opens bookings we come to you with the price, the available units and the payment terms in writing.
With figures in front of you and no pressure from us. If it isn't right, we'd rather you passed and stayed a client.
No. It puts you on our list for that project so we can come to you first when figures are confirmed. You commit only when you sign and pay.
Some developers ask for an expression-of-interest amount when the list opens. If that applies, we tell you the exact amount and its refund terms in writing before you pay anything. Never pay an EOI on a verbal assurance.
After the project is registered with RERA and the developer publishes a price list. We can't give you a date for that and we won't guess one — you'll hear from us the day we know.
Early phases are often priced below later ones, but that's a pattern in the market rather than a promise, and it varies by project. Judge a pre-launch on the project, the developer's record and the location.
That the project's approvals, pricing or timeline land differently from what was indicated, and that money paid early is hard to get back. Keep everything in writing, don't pay against a verbal figure, and treat an unregistered project as unconfirmed.
Yes. We run the whole process remotely for NRI clients — details and floor plans as they're confirmed, video walkthroughs of the location, and paperwork sequenced with your CA and advocate.
