The fine print
- The referral is payable on a completed transaction — a booking plus a signed sale agreement, or for rentals, a signed and registered rental agreement. Cancelled or lapsed bookings don’t qualify.
- If the same person is referred by more than one person, the earliest submission stands.
- Anyone already registered with us as an active lead doesn’t qualify. We’ll tell you within 24 hours if that’s the case.
- On sales, payment goes out 60–90 days after the sale agreement is signed, by bank transfer. We’ll need your PAN and account details at that stage.
