Brigade Granada is Brigade Group's largest integrated township to date — a 40+ acre, 14-tower development on Whitefield–Kadugodi Main Road, with a retail high street, Grade-A workspaces and a multi-specialty hospital planned alongside the residences.

Brigade Granada is on Whitefield–Kadugodi Main Road in East Bangalore. Whitefield (Kadugodi) is where the Purple Line metro ends, and the area around it already has offices, schools, hospitals and malls.

Publicly proposed but not sanctioned. There is no metro line to Hoskote today.

Is Brigade Granada RERA registered?

Not yet — the RERA registration application is in process. SNAP Realty's own agent RERA registration (see footer) covers us as your channel partner, not the project itself. Always verify current RERA status on the Karnataka RERA portal before making any payment.

What's the expected possession date?

Indicative possession is targeted from 2030 onwards — a pre-launch estimate, not a RERA-filed completion date. We'll update this the moment Brigade Group confirms a firm timeline.
